Sunday Mass in Bonn at 9:30 am;

Sunday Mass in Cologne at 4:00 pm

Every second Sunday of the month Mass in Cologne is celebrated at 3:00 pm

For almost half a century the Catholic community called St. Thomas More served the American Embassy and the Diplomatic Community.

We have been and still are blessed to include members from many nations.

The diplomats have meanwhile given way to United Nations officials and we also have people who are here in Bonn with multinational corporations, students from Bonn University and many local German people in our Church each week.

We are united by our common Catholic Faith and the English language!

 

We are now located at "Heilig-Kreuz Kirche" (The Church of the Holy Cross), Cheruskerstraße 11, 53175 Bonn where we cordially invite you to join us.

Our Parish life centers around the Eucharist, with Mass held every Sunday at 9:30 hrs . Confessions are heard before and after Mass and, of course, by appointment. Please feel free to e-mail or phone the Church office at any time for further information(answering machine available).

 

 

Pastoral Programs :

We offer Religious Education programs for everyone, children as well as adults. The Adult Coffee and Conversation Program is an opportunity to discuss subjects that we are all interested in as Christians. These topics range from church history, to morality, to public service. If you would like to join us, the door is always open. We also offer Youth Programs in cooperation with our sisters and brothers from the American Protestant Church .

We encourage all parishioners to be involved in community life and are always glad to welcome people willing to serve as Ushers, Altar Servers, Lectors and Teachers of Religious Education (or substitutes) as well as new members for our social committee or parish council - and last but not least - new singers or musicians for our Choir.
