Christmas donations sought for homeless women in Bonn
Given the success of last year’s Christmas charitable initiative by our Community at Saint Thomas More, we would like to appeal for your support again for the Frauenhaus ‚Maria Königin‘ who house homeless women and their families in Bonn.
The Frauenhaus is once again aiming to distribute more than 120 Christmas parcels to homeless women in and around the city and would like our help in making this happen!
Donations in the form of non-perishable foods and toiletries have been requested.
Donations should be put together in a shoe box wrapped in Christmas Decorations! As you can see on the photo.
IF YOU REQUIRE BOXES OF THIS SIZE PLEASE COLLECT THEM IN THE BACK
OF THE CHURCH AFTER MASS.
A box for collecting the various packages will be at the back of the church after Holy Mass on Sunday, the 7th and 14th December.
Should you prefer to return the prepared present packages earlier than that, please feel free to do that as well.
No later please, the packages shall be handed over to the Frauenhaus by 16th December the latest.
That way they still have the opportunity to hand the presents out to the ladies before Christmas.
